Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and logistics services.
- Conduct client presentations, site visits, and prepare competitive quotations and proposals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with operations for seamless shipment execution.
- Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and meet assigned sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Sales & Marketing experience specifically within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics sector.
- Education: Diploma or Undergraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and CRM management skills.
