We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead backend systems delivery for complex, high-impact projects in the Software Development / IT industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead who wants to transition into technical project leadership — driving execution while staying close to the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project execution and maintain strong delivery momentum
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical direction and architecture
- Validate estimates, identify risks early, and manage cross-component dependencies
- Support production releases, stability, and issue resolution
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as SSE / Tech Lead
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, system architecture & database design
- Programming experience in Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and CI/CD practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
