We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership — from initial business study through to full solution delivery.

📅 Contract: 9–12 months | Immediate start
💡 The Opportunity
This is not a standard PM role. You’ll be at the centre of a two-phase transformation programme, working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive real organisational change.
🔧 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading end-to-end delivery across study and implementation phases
- Managing diverse teams: SAP consultants, business analysts, and client leadership
- Owning project governance: plans, milestones, risks, and reporting
- Driving executive-level communication and decision-making
- Ensuring high-quality delivery of process maps, findings, and solution recommendations
- Aligning stakeholders across business and technology functions
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in project management, with strong exposure to ERP or enterprise tech
- Proven experience delivering SAP or business transformation programmes
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Confidence engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Availability to work on-site in Colombo
➕ Bonus Experience
- SAP SD, MM, or CO environments
- Business process discovery / transformation frameworks
- Manufacturing or industrial sector exposure (Sri Lanka experience a plus)
