We are looking for an energetic, commercially driven Sales Manager to join a fast-growing Premium Auto Spa & Vehicle Care business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships and develop new business partnerships in the premium vehicle-care market.
🚘 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪️ Drive sales of premium detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection and membership programmes
▪️ Develop relationships with luxury vehicle owners, corporate clients and fleet operators
▪️ Build partnerships with vehicle dealers, insurance companies and leasing firms
▪️ Identify and develop new business opportunities
▪️ Drive digital, walk-in and corporate sales
▪️ Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets
▪️ Monitor customer satisfaction and strengthen customer retention
👤 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Minimum 5 years’ relevant sales experience – mandatory
✔ Experience in automotive, auto spa, vehicle dealerships or transport services
✔ Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Strong commercial mindset and target orientation
✔ Good analytical and reporting skills
✔ Genuine passion for automobiles
