
Executive Assistant to Group Director

Working days & Hours : Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
The Role
This isn’t just an administrative position; it is a strategic support role designed for a driven individual capable of managing competing priorities in a growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage the Group Director’s complex calendar and all professional communications.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate contractors for construction projects and assist in managing commercial and residential properties.
- Marketing & Digital Presence: Create and manage strategic social media content and advertising initiatives.
- Special Initiatives: Support unique projects involving antiques repatriation, digitization, and high-level client events.
The Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role.
- Education: Must be a Degree holder.
- Communication: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Sinhala.
- Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal presence, high level of professionalism, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- Agility: Proven ability to quickly understand new industries and business models while managing multiple projects simultaneously
