We are seeking a talented and proactive Associate AI Engineer (LLM Applications) to join an innovative technology company developing advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions.

What You Will Do
As an Associate AI Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications and AI solutions for real business use cases.
- Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate innovative AI ideas.
- Develop AI workflows and applications using modern frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Work with existing AI models and APIs while exploring model adaptation and fine-tuning opportunities.
- Create effective prompts and configure AI guardrails to improve reliability, safety, and accuracy.
- Evaluate AI outputs, compare different approaches, and improve model performance.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend new opportunities for AI adoption.
- Communicate technical findings and project progress clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation relating to AI experiments, evaluations, and implementation approaches.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is curious, hands-on, and passionate about applied Artificial Intelligence.
Essential Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing AI/ML applications, particularly involving Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Practical experience building LLM applications using LangChain and/or LangGraph.
- Understanding of modern LLM concepts, including:
- Prompt engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Embeddings
- Model evaluation
- Hallucination mitigation
- AI safety and guardrail concepts
- Ability to independently research, experiment, troubleshoot, and build solutions with guidance rather than requiring step-by-step direction.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Nice-to-Have Experience
The following experience would be advantageous but is not essential:
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Experience adapting or fine-tuning AI models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Exposure to LLMOps/MLOps practices, including:
- Vector databases
- Prompt management
- Model evaluation workflows
- AI application monitoring
- Experience working with AI solutions in regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, finance, or other compliance-focused environments.
