What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and deliver high-quality service across ticketing, guest hosting, and food & beverage touchpoints.
- Assist with loyalty programs and ensure an excellent guest experience from start to finish.
- Maintain high standards of team coordination, cleanliness, and overall service quality.
What You Bring
- Secondary education; a Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality/Retail is an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- Good English communication skills and a friendly, confident personality.
- Ability to work flexible shift rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
