🚀 WE’RE HIRING: Technical Project Manager (Software & Digital Products)
Are you a proactive, sharp Project Manager who thrives on critical thinking, fast-paced execution, and true ownership? We are searching for a high-performing Technical Project Manager to join a leading Digital & Technology Solutions client to lead end-to-end delivery across cutting-edge domains like healthcare, data privacy, and sports technology.
In this role, you won’t just track tasks—you’ll question assumptions, adapt on the fly, and partner closely with Developers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Architects to build high-impact web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Own and manage digital and technology projects from initiation through client handover, ensuring strict quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact, leading client communications, scope management, and status updates.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate internal execution teams (Dev, BA, QA, Architects) to establish milestones, resolve dependencies, and track deliverables.
- Risk & Problem Resolution: Proactively identify blockers, manage project dependencies, and execute contingency plans before delivery is impacted.
- Adaptive Critical Thinking: Challenge incomplete assumptions, make sound decisions under changing priorities, and drive progress independently.
- Domain & Compliance Support: Assist in delivering solutions within regulated or sensitive spaces, including healthcare and data privacy platforms.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience within software development, digital products, or technology environments.
- Technical & Process Understanding: Proven track record managing full SDLCs, timelines, scope changes, and technical teams.
- Mindset: Exceptional critical-thinking skills, high agility, and the ability to make practical decisions without waiting for step-by-step direction.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence.
- Education & Certifications: A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business/Project Management is preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certifications are a strong plus.
