Our client is expanding its technology leadership team and seeking experienced Project Managers (Mid-Level & Senior) to drive impactful IT implementations and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
🔹 1. Project Manager (3+ Years PM Experience)
- Total Experience: 5+ years in IT/Industry.
- Key Focus: End-to-end delivery of IT projects, digital transformation, and system implementations.
- Methodologies & Tools: Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid | MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM preferred.
- Education: Degree in IT, Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- Domain Preference: Telecommunications, IT Services, Banking, Digital Platforms.
🔹 2. Senior Project Manager (5+ Years PM Experience)
- Total Experience: 8+ years in IT/Industry.
- Key Focus: Large-scale IT projects, multi-vendor management, and enterprise transformation programs.
- Methodologies & Tools: Agile, Hybrid, Program Management | MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Portfolio Management tools.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 mandatory; Agile certification preferred.
- Education: Degree in IT, Engineering, or Management + PM certifications.
- Communication: Executive-level communication, presentation, and resource allocation skills.
- Domain Preference: Telecommunications, Enterprise Transformation, Technology Programs.
