Our client, a leader in the dynamic Travel Industry, is expanding their technical team in Colombo!
🌴 We are looking for a Senior IT Support & DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between robust local infrastructure and cutting-edge cloud automation.

What You’ll Do:
- Pipeline Management: Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Cloud & Containers: Manage production environments (Azure/AWS) and scale platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.
- M365 Leadership: Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
- Security & Access: Manage identity, MFA, endpoint security, and access controls.
- Local Infrastructure: Support the Colombo office network (LAN/Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN).
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and IT Infrastructure management.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Skilled in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Systems Admin: Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Troubleshooting: Expert networking and technical problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Compliance Knowledge: Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or PIPEDA.
- Regulated Environments: History of supporting enterprise-level operations.
- Certifications: Azure or Microsoft certifications.
