Are you a results-driven sales professional with a strong network in the high-end appliance market? A globally acclaimed leader in premium architectural hardware, fittings, and furniture solutions is looking for a Senior Sales Executive, Premium Home Appliances to drive growth in Sri Lanka.

What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, modern trade partners, architects, and interior designers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and distributor performance to drive growth.
  • Conduct product training sessions for partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights and collaborate with marketing to align promotions with business goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and achieve shared objectives.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of prior working experience in a similar sales role.
  • Strong connections with Appliances dealers, modern trade partners, and distributors is preferred.
  • Excellent Negotiation and PR skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
