Your Key Impact Areas:
- Strategic Sales Pipeline: Construct and oversee a high-velocity sales funnel to consistently hit revenue and volume milestones.
- New Market Acquisition: Champion the pursuit of new enterprise clients, focusing on Ocean Freight, End-to-End Order Management, and bespoke logistics frameworks.
- Consultative Solutions: Partner with clients to identify operational pain points and engineer tailored, value-added supply chain models.
- Portfolio Optimization: Lead the commercial expansion of high-value accounts, identifying cross-sell opportunities within our warehousing and distribution networks.
- Client Stewardship: Navigate complex stakeholder environments, leading executive meetings and ensuring a world-class onboarding experience for new partners.
- Commercial Intelligence: Utilize market trends and global leads to drive strategy, maintaining meticulous data integrity within Salesforce.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of dedicated Business Development experience within the logistics or freight forwarding sectors.
- Ocean Freight Mastery: Extensive technical knowledge of sea freight operations and global trade flows is mandatory.
- Sector Expertise: Prior success managing accounts within Retail, Lifestyle, Consumer, Industrial, or Automotive verticals is highly preferred.
- Negotiation Power: A master communicator who can influence at the C-suite level and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Agility: A self-motivated professional capable of working independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
