External Audit Associate – BPO Operations
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a growing Business Process Management (BPM) organization, for the role of Associate – External Audit. This role involves conducting audits for international clients and working directly with senior stakeholders and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct external audits for overseas clients using modern technological platforms.
- Advise clients on the applicability of IFRS/IAS standards.
- Identify risks in financial statements and provide guidance on risk management procedures.
- Coordinate with clients on audit schedules, requirements, and queries.
- Collaborate effectively with on-shore and remote teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of audits according to agreed service levels.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: Part-qualified ACCA, CA, or CIMA.
- Experience: 2–3 years of external audit experience required; experience with UK clients or BPM industry is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS and IAS frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, able to work independently and in a team, with a curiosity to learn and apply knowledge.
