We are supporting our client in hiring a highly capable Executive Assistant to partner closely with a C-level leader. This fully remote position is based in Sri Lanka, aligned to UK working hours, and ideal for candidates experienced in supporting senior executives in global, fast-paced environments.


🔹 Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years’ experience supporting a CEO or Senior Executive
  • Experience in financial services or similarly fast-moving environments (advantageous)
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, multicultural organisation with professionalism
  • High resilience and calm decision-making under pressure
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and time-management discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate digital tools
  • Self-starter mindset, strong judgment, and continuous-improvement orientation
  • High integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality

🔹 Responsibilities

Executive Support & Strategic Coordination

  • Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritise commitments, and optimise the executive’s schedule
  • Handle incoming communication and correspondence with sound judgment and professionalism
  • Act as a representative of the executive during internal and external interactions

Operational & Logistical Management

  • Coordinate complex international travel, accommodation, itineraries, and related logistics
  • Ensure security protocols and compliance measures are followed for travel when required
  • Oversee expense management, POs, supplier setup, and related administrative processes

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Build strong relationships across internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners
  • Support Town Halls, offsites, leadership meetings, and virtual events, ensuring smooth execution
  • Prepare and manage information, documentation, and updates for leadership activities

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work cohesively with the broader Executive Support function
  • Provide holiday cover for EA colleagues when needed
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the support function

  • Location: Remote (Sri Lanka)
  • Working Hours: UK timezone
  • Engagement: Consultancy contract or Fixed-Term Contract to start
  • Compensation: Based on candidate expectations
