Executive Assistant to the Chairman (Jaffna)- Global Tech Group

Location: Based in the Jaffna, Sri Lanka region.

Core Responsibilities (Focus on Global Coordination)

  • Global Calendar Management: Strategically manage and optimize the Chairman’s complex calendar, coordinating across multiple international time zones.
  • Complex Travel Logistics: Organize intricate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, visas, accommodation, itineraries).
  • High-Level Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and senior management, board members, and global partners.
  • Confidential Documentation: Manage highly sensitive legal agreements, institutional records, and communications with the utmost discretion.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, attend key meetings, document minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on critical action items.
  • Mobility: Be prepared for occasional domestic and international travel and off-site event participation.

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum one year of proven professional experience in a C-suite support role (Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, etc.). Exceptional recent graduates may be considered.
  • Communication: Fluency (written and verbal)
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, superior business correspondence, and advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility: A resourceful, proactive professional who is prepared to work outside standard hours to align with international time zones and executive requirements.
