An internationally acclaimed group, known for excellence in premium architectural hardware and fittings, is seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive, Kitchen & Furniture Fittings (OEM) in Sri Lanka. This is a chance to expand your career by working with top Kitchen and Furniture Partners.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Manage Kitchen and Furniture Partners to drive sales and meet annual targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost growth and market share.
  • Acquire new customers and promote the brand to expand the vertical.
  • Grow business with existing key accounts through product category expansion.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in line with credit terms.
  • Oversee order processing and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
  • Conduct market potential assessments through data mapping and analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Business Management or a related qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of prior working experience in a similar sales role.
  • Prior experience in selling furniture fittings/kitchen fittings would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Negotiation and PR skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
