The Role: Senior Executive – Business Development
This is a key position within the Projects & Hospitality vertical where you will drive growth and maximise the value of space.
- Vertical: Projects & Hospitality
- Focus: Driving business development and specification services.
- Target: Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Core Responsibilities
Your main focus will be on strategic client engagement and project execution:
- Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with contractors, architects, MEP consultants, interior designers, and other stakeholders.
- Product Introduction: Introduce the complete portfolio of products to clients, architects, and contractors, fostering strong relationships and product awareness.
- Project Management: Ensure smooth project coordination and effective handling of incoming enquiries.
- Tendering & Documentation: Ensure all tendering and documentation processes are carried out in strict adherence to company policies.
- Specification Management: Submit project specifications within defined timelines and follow up consistently to ensure successful project completion.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Business Management or a related qualification.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of prior working experience in a similar role or from an architectural firm with a design & specification background.
- Language Skills: Excellent PR skills, including verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in the MS Office suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
- Added Advantage: A good relationship with Architects, Contractors, and Interior designers.
