We are searching for a highly driven Senior Manager Business Development – Projects & Hospitality to lead our client’s business growth in Sri Lanka, focusing on high-value projects and strategic industry collaboration.

This role offers the stability of a global MNC with extensive exposure to best practices in business.The Role: Key Responsibilities
- As the Senior Manager/Manager – Projects & Hospitality, your key purpose will be to drive growth and excellence through client-focused leadership.
- Strategic Growth & Sales: Exceed sales targets with strategic approaches.
- Key Client Relationships: Collaborate closely with Clients, Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors to build key industry connections for sustained growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals.
- Financial & Documentation Management: Handle tendering, documentation, and optimize cash flow and receivables.
- Market Strategy: Provide data-driven insights and align promotions with business goals through Market Analysis & Marketing Collaboration.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
Candidate Requirements
- We are looking for an individual who is ready to take ownership and lead from the front.
- Qualification: A Degree in Business Management or a related qualification.
- Preferred: PMP Certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of related experience , with proven experience in project and hospitality management.
Skills:
- Strong connect with Architects, Contractors, and decision-makers in Projects (Sri Lanka and Maldives) is preferred.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Exceptional Communication and Negotiation abilities.
